Day one

Today was day one in my journey to get healthy and finally feel comfortable in my own skin. No longer will I allow myself to sit around complaining about my out of control weight. My goal is to get back to the weight I was happiest- 120lbs. So, this means I need to lose roughly 60 pounds. Let the "fun" begin! Here is what I ate today...though its quite pitiful since I've been battling a horrendous migraine all day:

Breakfast:
1/2 cup oatmeal + 1 T butter (bad, I know)

Lunch:
Annie's Chunky Tomato Bisque

Snack:
Large black plum

Dinner:
Turkey sandwich w/mustard + Kashi Fire Roasted Vegetable crackers

Hopefully tomorrow will be better sans migraine. Not to mention we finally have some groceries. All of our groceries were ruined in the process of moving on base, so we are having to re-stock the fridge and kitchen. NOT fun for the wallet.
